Santa Catarina Apartments

The challenge in this project was to accommodate 3 apartments in an irregular-shaped site, a corner in a traditional Mexico City neighborhood. The solution places two retail spaces on ground floor, and the three apartments spread on the two upper floors.

This project was ground-breaking in its proposal of a residential building with no parking spaces. It was aimed at the growing market at the time, composed of young couples looking for small and flexible living spaces.
